About the car
In 1938, Mercedes put a larger six-cylinder engine into the model with a long chassis. Despite the increase in engine size, the model continued to be called the "320". The four-speed gearbox was equipped with an additional gear. Like its predecessor, the car achieved a top speed of 126 km/h [78 mph].
The model range was discontinued in 1942 because of the war.
The vehicle was restored between 1986 and 1991.
